Ken Shepherd and Sons Ltd is a family owned and run business.

The company was started forty years ago when Ken realised that he could offer the UK farming and horticultural community a more personal and reliable service than was available elsewhere. He bought his first lorry, and began realising this vision.

He continued to grow his customer base, and to invest in new trailer technology as it became available. This led to specialising in bulk haulage. The company now runs solely tipper trailers.

  

Ken was joined later by his sons Craig and Andrew. They have continued to deliver the company vision since Ken's death in 2012.

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver, while still offering the flexibility of the personal approach.

The distribution centre is based near Bourne, in Lincolnshire.
